Hyunwoo Cho is an Assistant Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering at Kyungpook National University (KNU) and the director of the Intelligent Biomedical Signal Processing Laboratory (IBSP Lab). Before joining KNU, he was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), working on wearable and robotic ultrasound imaging. He received his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from Sogang University, with a dissertation on unsupervised deep neural networks for medical ultrasound imaging.
